Orders and Shipping
How do i place an order?
To place an order, simply add your desired products to the cart and proceed to checkout. Your order will be sent to our sales team.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be dispatched on the next business day.
How do i make payment?
Once you have placed your order through the website, you will recieve an order confirmation email with payment details.
What payment methods are accepted?
Direct bank transfer and cash upon collection is accepted.
Do you ship international
Yes, select the ‘International shipping’ option at checkout. This is a flat £15 fee.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the sensitive nature of these compounds, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns.
